2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable: – Diagnostic fees, even if the customer decides not to proceed with the repair after the diagnosis. – Costs for completed repair services if the generator is functioning as per the agreed scope of work. – Costs for replacement parts once installed, unless the part is proven to be defective under warranty. – Cancellation fees for late cancellations or no-shows (refer to the cancellation policy).

3. Process for Requesting a Refund
